- Available in the Klang Valley only.
- The specialist will come over for the reason of testing, explaining and/or installing the broadband service only. The enquirer will be accountable to legal action if the nature of the request is offensive or malevolent.
- We are not providing a troubleshooting service. Enquirers are not allowed to call for a specialist to help them with any problems they may have with their current connection.
- Internet Insider is unable to provide a free demo for Streamyx because it’s a wired broadband service. However, we could still help the enquirer to install it.
- This service is provided free for anyone who is seriously looking for a broadband service. If the requestor signs up with a broadband via Internet Insider or if Internet Insider fails to find a broadband solution that suits the requestor’s needs, the requestor will not be charged. However, RM30 will be charged to the customer as service fee if the customer doesn’t sign up with a broadband via Internet Insider even when our specialist has found a package that suits the requestor’s needs.
