Create a revolution in Malaysia’s broadband industry with your buying power!
Greetings everyone and welcome to Internet Insider! To begin with, I want to thank all those who have helped me build this website and provided me with the technical and marketing support I needed. Through this website, I’m hoping that the broadband industry in Malaysia could be improved through a change in the market and how all of us choose our network. Please read on. The purpose of which I’m writing this article is to gain support from all those who are sick of the Malaysian broadband industry and its flaws and weaknesses. All of us could create a revolution through unity and collective voice and opinions.
Up to now, Malaysia doesn’t have a neutral platform where consumers can get unbiased and complete information and comparisons of all broadband networks!
Think about it, when you want to know more about a certain Broadband A, who would you go to? You would probably approach Broadband A’s salesmen who will of course, convince you that Broadband A is the best network out there. The same goes for every other broadband company, but things are about to change! Internet Insider seeks to eliminate this problem by providing a neutral ground for users to compare all the broadband companies with specific and complete details, and also the opinion and feedback of other users.
There is still hope in Malaysia’s broadband industry! One thing consumers do not know is that a broadband’s performance is very area dependent.
Some may work fantastic at certain areas but for other areas; you might as well use dial-up system. Internet Insider has again found the solution for this problem by allowing users to test out all networks at their place for FREE. This provides a specific answer as to how a network performs in a certain area.
Broadband companies react to demand, just like every other company. If you continue to subscribe to a network that you’re unhappy with, you’re encouraging them to provide you with lousy service!
Thus, my message is to everyone out there is to CHANGE YOUR BROADBAND NETWORK IF YOU’RE UNHAPPY WITH IT. When the broadband companies notice that their number of subscribers are reducing, they’ll have no choice but to improve the network.

I agreed with your post if you are not happy then change, but one thing we have to note is that we are still using TM backbone. Unlike singapore where they have 2 internet backbone where operators have the choice to select.Over here everything is monopolize like the auto industry. Maybe you will experience better customer service, technical service and others that all as when it come to backbone infrastructure we only have one. Till the day where there is no more protection policies only then can we have a fair comparison of our broadband services.

999999999.999999% agree!!!!! But, does it effective to force ISP to upgrade their service??? I hope that the internet service quality can be greatly upgraded, at least the download speed as stated in the contract should be maintained no matter whatsoever reasons and also at the peak hour. Or Malaysia should imitate like what Korea and Japan do. Both countries do a great job in internet service. Regarding the price, don’t be too expensive and affordable at ideal speed.
It is a fantastic site. All those who wish to subscribe for internet service should have a read first. I have been subscribing internet for over a year and yet, only heard of Fair Use Policy recently. People should really pay attention to the BUT in the service provided.
thankx for the internetinsider yesterday ,i just has sign-up a BB with them ….so their services is marvelous rclxms.gif i like it this kind of company thumbup.gif because just have 1 call for them then there will come to our house and test which BB signal is strong for our location so is easy for us no need run here and there ….and they also got BB stock are already standby which if u dont like this BB then u want that BB then on the SPOT ,i not promoting or what ever me just say is easy for user too choose which BB are u like and no need wasting calling ,waiting time and energy and ETC…… so my last word is keep it up guys and good services u got there i really happy with it thumbup.gif
I tried this serviceon 18 May 2009, and was really really satisfied with the Insider’s service. The person was really professional and was really friendly at the same time! He definitely lived up to his claim for providing a neutral opinion as he tested every broadband service (except for streamyx and digi coz it wasn’t covered in my area) without hinting me to subscribe to a specific service. For those who are looking for a wireless broadband service to subscribe, but aren’t sure which service best suits them, seriously try this service out! Thank you InternetInsider XD
